Gatton Training Centre- GTC

From the 18th February 2008 the Gatton Training Centre transitioned  into New Management under the direction of HB Recruitment & Training - Registered Training Organisation.

The Lockyer Valley Regional Council welcomes HB Training to the Lockyer Valley and supports the continuation of the delivery of community based training through HB Training.

The Gatton Training Centre offers a variety of useful and flexible learning opportunities for all ages.

As HB Recruitment & Training our priority is to provide an educational service to the public. We achieve this by providing quality training for the community, within the community.

A Community and Technology Centre

• Providing opportunities in the use of Information Technology (IT) equipment as a training and education venue.
• Provides Internet access for visitors, young and older people who don’t have access to the internet at home.
• Provides training and courses in IT and internet usage for more mature residents in the Shire.
• Opportunities for students to use the centre as part of their study commitments through on-line courses available.
• A venue for Training and seminars.
• Provision of computer terminals connected with broadband internet access.
• Providing Government funded programs- identified needs in the community.
• Literacy programs
• Youth Programs
• QAS- Senior First Aid Programs
• TAFE – Variety of Vocational & Education Training (VET) Accredited programs.
• Business  services & equipment available
