RiskSmart is a business process that streamlines the assessment of selected low risk development applications, significantly reducing the time it takes to process them.

Council has chosen Reconfiguring a Lot 1 into 2 (subdivision) as it's first low risk application type which may be lodged using the RiskSmart process.

The application forms necessary to be submitted for a Reconfiguring a Lot 1 into 2 (subdivision) application may be downloaded below.

Applications can only be lodged in person at the Lockyer Valley Regional Council, head office: Gatton at  26 Railway Street, Gatton.

The RiskSmart process that has been formulated by Council provides applicants with a greater level of certainty in relation to the outcome of their application and the conditions that will be attached to an approval.
