Lockyer Live Chat

This online portal provides a number of services, including submitting an enquiry or request, animal payment, application payment, or rates payment. You will receive a tracking number so that you can track your request.
Snap Send Solve
If "Snap Send Solve" is your preferred method to let us know about issues, we do accept customer requests via this app. Please be aware, the functionality is limited as we are not a paid subscriber to their service.
Using the app you are able to send a (1) photo, map and description of any issue that requires action by council. Your request is sent via the app as an email and will be processed by Customer Contact Officers. We will respond (if necessary) via email.
If you have a preferred app, then let us know about it via email or our online portal and we will investigate to see if we can support it.

Laidley Queensland Government Agency Program (QGAP) at the Laidley Office
is open from 9am* - 4pm Monday to Friday. *Wednesday 9.30am
*Queensland Transport new vehicle registrations can be processed from 9am-12pm and 2pm-3.30pm, Monday to Friday. The Laidley QGAP does not process Driver Licence applications.
