NOTIFICATION OF STABILISATION WORKS - OLD COLLEGE ROAD, GATTON

Lockyer Valley Regional Council would like to advise the kerb and channel works programmed for Friday, 7 December 2018 have needed to be rescheduled and will now be undertaken on Thursday, 13 December 2018, weather permitting.

Cement stabilisation works associated with the project will be undertaken on Monday, 10 December 2018, weather permitting. These works will occur on Old College Road between Allan Street and Feldhahn Street from 7:00am to 3:00pm. Residents are advised not to park vehicles on the road and access to properties will be significantly restricted during the works.

The cement stabilisation works are expected to create a small amount of dust. The dust will be managed by council plant however we respectfully ask that you take necessary precautions to mitigate potential impact on your property by closing windows and doors.

Short-term road closure, detours, construction signage and traffic controllers will be present to ensure the safety of workers and the public. Please adhere to roadwork signage, detours and any instructions issued by Council employees or traffic controllers.

Old College Road, Gatton

Lockyer Valley Regional Council would like to advise that kerb and channel works associated with the project will be undertaken on Friday, 7 December 2018, weather permitting. These works will occur between Allan Street and Feldhahn Street from 7:00am to 4:30pm.

Vehicular access to properties via driveways will be closed until Monday morning to ensure sufficient concrete curing time.

Jordan Street, Gatton

Lockyer Valley Regional Council would like to advise that lime stabilisation works associated with the project will be undertaken on Wednesday, 5 December 2018, weather permitting. To facilitate these works Jordan Street is required to be temporarily closed for the day between Princess Street and Byrne Street from 7:00am to 4:30pm. Residents are advised not to park vehicles on the road and access to properties will be significantly restricted during the temporary closure period.

The lime stabilisation work is expected to create a small amount of dust. The dust will be managed by council plant however we respectfully ask that you take necessary precautions to mitigate potential impact on your property by closing windows and doors.

Lockyer Valley Regional Council would like to advise that road works on William Street and Crescent Street, are programmed for Sunday 9 December 2018, weather permitting.

The project involves pavement repairs on William Street, between Eastern Drive and Crescent Street and Crescent Street, between Railway Street and William Street.

Work will generally be performed between the hours of 7:00am and 4.00pm on Sunday.

Detours, construction signage and traffic controllers will be present to ensure the safety of workers and the public. During this period, safety for residents and workers is of the utmost importance to Council. Please adhere to roadwork signage, detours and any instructions issued by Council employees or traffic controllers.

Work will generally be performed between the hours of 7:00am and 4:00pm, on the day. Residents are advised not to park vehicles on the road and access to properties will be restricted during the works.

Work will generally be performed between the hours of 7:00am and 4:00pm, Monday to Thursday.

Thallon Road, Kensington Grove

Lockyer Valley Regional Council would like to advise that roadworks on Thallon Road, Kensington Grove, between Richwood Court and Challenge Avenue, are programmed to start in early September 2018, weather permitting.

The project involves pavement reconstruction, shoulder widening, linemarking and the installation of improved signage.

Work will generally be performed between the hours of 7:00am and 4:00pm, Monday to Thursday.

Detours, construction signage and traffic controllers will be present to ensure the safety of workers and the public. During this period, safety for residents and workers is of the utmost importance to Council. Please adhere to roadwork signage, detours and any instructions issued by Council employees.
