Local History

Established around 1908 and still in use today. There are approximately 170 graves.

The Forest Hill Cemetery also has a columbarium wall that was established in 2018 and offers single or double niches for your loved ones.

Plaques and Headstones

Approval must be obtained by Council before any plaques or headstones are installed on your loved one's grave or niche that are maintained by Lockyer Valley Regional Council. This includes any new headstones or repairs conducted. Any works should be completed by a suitably qualified person or company. The person completing the works must also supply Public Liability Insurance in case of any damages that may occur.
