Final Author Talks for 2025

It’s time for the final Author Talks of 2025 and you’re invited to go on two very different journeys with two very different authors.

First up, grab a cuppa with Heather Morris and hear from the multimillion-copy bestselling author about her new novel, The Wish

Later next month, come on a thrilling adventure with Australian author Darry Fraser at the Gatton Library and celebrate her newest title, The Adventuress of Albany on its release day!

The bestselling author has a passion for writing empowering, feminist-driven narratives.

Darry brings to life the courage, resilience, and spirit of women in her gripping stories and masterfully weaves fictional tales around the rich backdrop of Australian history.

“It doesn’t matter whether you're familiar with her work or discovering it for the first time, this will be a chance to really get into the story of her characters and hear what inspired this latest book,” Cr Reck said.
