Stella Quinn welcomed back to Lockyer Valley Libraries
Lockyer Valley Libraries will welcome back Australian author Stella Quinn for an Author Talk later this month.
Her new title, Rain on a Hot Tin Roof, isa funny and heartwarming new romance about one derelict farm, two broken hearts and a town that can’t help meddling.
Currently residing in Queensland, Stella has lived in England, Hong Kong and Papua New Guinea. An active member of Romance Writers of Australia, Stella has won their Emerald, Sapphire and Valerie Parv Awards, and placed as a finalist in their R*BY Romantic Book of the Year award.
Lockyer Valley Regional Council Libraries and Galleries Portfolio Councillor Julie Reck encouraged residents to book a place to enjoy this in-person event.
“We welcomed Stella to our Libraries last year so to have her back again so soon is so nice to see.
“We are lucky to have a great line up of writers coming to visit in the early part of the year and certainly hope that evening sessions make it easier for more community members to attend.
“This is another great way for the community to enjoy the library as a social space, come along with your friends or your book club and get to know other fellow book lovers,” Cr Reck said.
