February Council Meeting
The next Ordinary Meeting of Lockyer Valley Regional Council will be held on Wednesday, 18 February 2026 at the Council Chambers, Gatton commencing at 9am. Members of the public are welcome to attend. Please arrive by 8.50am.
Gatton Admin Building Now Open
A reminder that front counter services, and Council Meetings, have returned to the Gatton Administration Building following the completion of essential roof repairs.
If you are looking to make a payment, have a query, or need to see us in-person, head on down to 26 Railway Street, Gatton between 8.30am and 4.30pm, Monday to Friday.

Registrations are open for Clean Up Australia Day 2026! The event will be held on Sunday 1 March. As a Council, we are committed to keeping the Lockyer Valley clean and green and this is an activity where everyone can play an important part.

See 'Oh MG' by Chole Wigg
The Lockyer Valley Art Gallery’s latest exhibition is now live.
Titled Oh MG, this exhibition is a celebration of community and storytelling while raising awareness for the rare disease Myasthenia Gravis (MG), which the artist was diagnosed with in 2021.
Pay a visit to Oh MG and you will see a vibrant and beautiful wall drape comprised of more than 2600 crocheted snowflakes from donations all across Australia, a collection of snowflake sculptures created from up-cycled medication bottles collected from MG sufferers nationwide, and a series of vibrant abstract portraits telling the stories of those with MG.
This exhibition is a celebration of community and the power of art as advocacy and runs until 22 March.

If you welcomed a new baby into your family in 2025, register now for the annual Welcome Baby Celebration.
This celebration is open to families who are residents of the Lockyer Valley or connect with Lockyer Valley Libraries and will be held on Saturday, 14 March at 9.30am.
