Keep up to date with Water Security Scheme
Lockyer Valley Regional Council and Somerset Regional Council are striving to make the Lockyer Valley and Somerset Water Security Scheme (LVWSS) a reality for our region.
The LVWSS will be the largest recycled water irrigation scheme in Australia, and the first time large-scale urban water infrastructure has been used to grow food. It will help secure agricultural industries, support regional jobs, and future-proof farming in the Lockyer Valley for generations to come.
Learn more about this momentous project and keep up to date by visiting www.lvandswatercollaborative.com.au or following the Lockyer Valley and Somerset Water Security Scheme’s Facebook page.
