State-Controlled Roads – Routine Maintenance Contract (TMR)
The following roads are under the control of the Queensland State Government.
Lockyer Valley Regional Council (LVRC) delivers minor maintenance works on selected state-controlled roads under a Routine Maintenance Performance Contract (RMPC) with the Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR).
These works may include:
- Pothole patching
- Minor pavement repairs
- Slashing
- Weed spraying
- Signage and guidepost replacement
- Tree pruning
Roads Maintained by LVRC under RMPC
The following State-controlled roads are included in Council’s RMPC scope:
- Gatton–Esk Road
- Gatton–Laidley Road
- Gatton–Clifton Road
- Rosewood–Laidley Road
- Laidley–Plainland Road
- Forest Hill–Fernvale Road
- Mulgowie Road
- Mount Sylvia Road
State-Controlled Roads Not Maintained by LVRC (Outside RMPC)
The following roads are not included in the RMPC scope.
All maintenance requests for these roads must be referred directly to TMR:
- Gatton–Helidon Road
- Warrego Highway
- Toowoomba Connection Road
- Murphys Creek Road
