Local History
This small local cemetery established around 1867 is possibly the oldest cemetery in the Lockyer Valley. English and Scottish settlers and families are buried here. This cemetery has approximately 90 graves.
Plaques and Headstones
Approval must be obtained by Council before any plaques or headstones are installed on your loved one's grave or niche that are maintained by Lockyer Valley Regional Council. This includes any new headstones or repairs conducted. Any works should be completed by a suitably qualified person or company. The person completing the works must also supply Public Liability Insurance in case of any damages that may occur.
