Expressions of interest for the Queensland Transport Museum Charity Recipient 2026–27 are open!
Council is seeking expressions of interest from eligible military-focused charities, ex-service organisations and community groups to become the Queensland Transport Museum (QTM) Charity Recipient for the 2026–27 financial year.
The successful organisation will receive funding generated through a portion of QTM ticket sales, supporting programs, services and initiatives that provide meaningful benefits to serving and ex-serving defence personnel, veterans and their families within the Lockyer Valley region.
Who Can Apply?
Council is seeking organisations that:
- Deliver positive outcomes for veterans, serving personnel and their families.
- Demonstrate strong governance and measurable community impact.
- Align with the objectives of the QTM Military Exhibit, including service, remembrance, education and community connection.
- Can effectively utilise funding to deliver meaningful community benefits.
