Animals and Land Sizes
The maximum number of animals (per type), which can be kept without an Excess Animals Permit is dependent on the overall size of your property. If you are wanting to keep more than four (4) dogs on any size property, you will need Development Approval under the Planning Scheme. Please contact Council on 1300 005 872.
