Temporary Local Planning Instrument 2024 (Flood Regulation)
Development within flood prone areas in the Lockyer Valley is regulated by the Temporary Local Planning Instrument 2026 (TLPI/2026) which took effect on 20 July 2026.
TLPI 2024 needs to be read in conjunction with Planning Scheme Overlay Maps.
